I’m Perdeta L. Bush, Founder of PLB Consulting—a boutique leadership development and accountability firm.

I partner with leaders and organizations through coaching, workshops, and consulting to build clarity, strengthen culture, and create rhythms that support real follow-through. Grounded in Adult Education, I design learning that respects real life—practical, engaging, and built for implementation, not just inspiration.

Through my doctoral work in organizational change and leadership, I help teams navigate the deeper work of transformation: trust, systems, resistance, and alignment. I’m faith-rooted and people-centered, believing leadership is stewardship and healthy structure protects people while advancing purpose.
