Hi, I’m Perdeta.
At the heart of my work lies a simple conviction: when leaders are supported and expectations are clear, people and programs can flourish. I am the fouder of PLB Consulting, a boutique consulting firm for high-capacity leaders and growing organizations, where bespoke solutions meet unparalleled expertise.
As an experienced leader and mentor, I understand the demands of leadership, and the weight that comes with the role. Through consulting and accountability coaching, I walk alongside people daily, supporting them in becoming the kind of leader they were created to be.
